Description
This apartment is on the first floor of an antique "palazzetto” that doesn't have an elevator. Through the main door, you immediately enter in the kitchen/dining area. It is complete with all the cooking essentials, with a standard fridge that has its freezer, a gas stove with 4 burners, and the electric oven. On one side is an antique wooden table where meals can be served.
This apartment is decorated with parqué floors almost everywhere, wooden beams on the ceiling, warm wooden furniture which give a cosy atmosphere. A small hallway leads into an open space, the living room area, where a double sofa bed is located, with a TV and some furniture. At the end there is a wooden staircase that takes you first, to an upper level where a double bed is situated and then going further up, and then ends in a cosy loft where there is a single bed. The bathroom comes with a shower and there is a hair dryer.
The apartment is ideal for 5 people.

The area is Rione Monti, in the center of Rome between the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and the Fori Imperiali, all reachable in less than 7-10 minutes on foot.
In less then 7 minutes walking, you are at the Via Nazionale, where you can do some clothes, shoes and accessories shopping. Fontana di Trevi, the Quirinale and the famous Via del Corso are also nearby.
The area is filled with both typical and international restaurants, wine bars, pubs and all kinds of shops. In the morning you can visit a typical Italian market and pick up some fresh fruit and vegetables. It is extremely well connected by both bus and underground. The nearest station is Cavour on the Linea B. The electric bus, number 117, stops 100m from here and takes you directly to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo.
