Description
This wonderful, bright and spacious apartment is on the ground floor. It enjoys the advantages of the antique building, such as large open rooms, thick walls, therefore very fresh during the summer, but has a throughly modern touch! With numerous large windows that face an internal courtyard, there is lots of sunlight that filters in, and at the same time, avoids all the street noise.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds. The bathroom is wide, complete with shower. The living room is large with sofas and dining table, and there is a well equipped kitchen, fashionable and complete with all the utensils needed.
The apartment comes with air conditioner, TV, a DVD player, a stereo, play station, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. It is a great choice for a family or a group of friends that want to be comfortable, in a good location and at the same time pay a reasonable price.

Location: Appio-San Giovanni
This cosy apartment is located in the Appio-San Giovanni area. The underground station Ponte Lungo is less than 2 minutes from the building and the second closest underground station is 5 minutes away at Piazza Re di Roma. This area is excellent for those who love to do shopping, for it is filled with lovely stores. On foot you can get to the famous San Giovanni Basilica, which is lovely and full of beautiful sculptues and frescoes.
In less than 7 minutes by underground, you can reach Piazza Spagna in the very centre of Rome. The Vatican and its famous museums are also easy to get to. There are also several bus stops which connect the area with other parts of the city: Colosseo, Trastevere, etc.

Hello, We had a really nice stay at Rome. The apartment was very well located, close to the metro, the owner was very friendly and helpful. We will recommend to our friends and stay again in the next time. Thanks, Cristiane Estimada Francesca, Gracias! por la gentileza de su nota, realmente nuestra visita a Roma y luego a toda Italia fue maravillosa, nuestra estadía en la Ciudad Eterna e indescriptible como es ROMA, fue una maravilla, gracias a sus servicios, que nos permitieron tomar en arriendo por algunos días el alojamiento de vuestra ref 27, todo fue simplemente perfecto!! El lugar, la gente que nos atendió en fin TODO MUY BIEN, no tuvimos ninguna sorpresa desagradable, todo era como habíamos visto en la web, la coordinación con la propietaria, excelente! que decir, lo arrendado se transformo por esos días como una extensión de nuestro hogar en Argentina, como ustedes sabern para nosotros, desde aquí (Argentina) es realmente lejano todo aquello, pero, ni bien nos platearemos un nuevo viaje por esas latitudes, seguro estaremos en contacto con Rome Turism Reservations, para repetir esta gratísima experiencia, no tengo nada que agregar al servicio que ustedes brindan, es PERFECTO. así que Mil gracias por su gentiliza y quedan vivos en mi agenda para la próxima gira por su bello país Muy cordialmente Raúl Estanislao Carabajal 14/03/2009 15:35 Hi, Our accommodation was very good and we were very pleased with it. The only problems we had were that the pillows were too big/hard and there was a little bit of noise from the underground early in the mornings. Margaret, the landlady, was very helpful and gave us lots of advice on visiting Rome. The apartment was also very well equipped.
