You can walk towards Piazza Venezia, and from here either go towards Piazza Spagna or turn to I Fori Imperiali, that lead you to the Colosseum. You can take a stroll, crossing the Tiber and go into Trastevere, the typical and characteristical area of Rome. All of Rome's most famous sights are within walking distance. You just have to make the choice of where you want to go!
Right outside the building there is a Wash & Dry, where you can take your clothes. The area is full of banks, groceries shops, Internet points, therefore you have everything you need close by.
