This is a cosy apartment located on the top floor (third floor with a lift) of an elegant building, Palazzo Baldoca Muccioli, which dates back to the 16th century, and has been ornamented by the sculptor Gugliermo Della Porta, in 1570. This flat, elegantly furnished with antique furniture and black and white flower-print tiles, has one master bedroom, spacious and well illuminated, with a king size bed and a large wooden wardrobe. The living room, with a comfortable double sofa bed which opens up into two separate twin beds (the beds slide out from underneath the sofa) is nice and stylish, and there is a window that overlooks the building’s courtyard (a very interesting sight to admire). There is also a TV here. There is a small kitchenette, with an electric stove with two burners and a small fridge, and a dining area, with its table and chairs. The bathroom has a large shower, and a hair dryer. There is also a walk in wardrobe which is ideal to place luggage and avoid having it in the way. Sunny, elegant, and in an excellent position in the heart of Rome, it is an ideal solution for 4 people who love the thrill of living two steps away from Campo di Fiori, and five minutes to Piazza Navona!

The apartment is located in Rome’s famous Via Giulia, in a meticulously kept building with marble Roman’s busts decorating the interior. Via Giulia is one of the finest streets of centralancient Rome. It is close to the Tiber River and the magnificent Piazza Farnese. Campo di Fiori is less than five minutes walk away and Rome’s fabulous restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing and public transport are all within walking distance. Ponte Sisto, the bridge that crosses the Tiber into the fancy Trastevere area is less than one minute away. From here it is easy to access all the major sight seeing places, monuments and churches. There are plenty of buses that pass by and can take you anywhere around the city. It is also easy to walk and reach the Colosseum, Piazza Spagna, Fontani di Trevi. The Vatican and St. Peter’s Chapel are also at walking distance.
