Description
The apartment is on the second floor of an antique building dating back to the 18th century, and there is no elevator. It is a very sunny flat, with two windows in the living room, which face onto a small narrow road between Santa Maria Maggiore and I Fori Imperiali. On one side of the living room, separated by a small half-wall, is where you find the brand new kitchen, modern and complete with all the utensils needed to cook delicious plates. It has a gas stove with four burners, an electric oven, a microwave and a standard size fridge with its freezer.The living room has two individual sofa beds, which can comfortably sleep two people, and the dining table with its chairs. The master bedroom faces the interior of the building therefore it is very quiet and peaceful, and the bathroom is all decorated in wood, with a shower box and hair dryer. The apartment is quite new, with parquet floors and essential furniture, and it comes with TV and independent heating system. It is ideal for four people.
In the same building on the first floor, there is another apartment, also ideal for 4 people. This could be an excellent solution for groups or families up to 8 people, that would like to be close but still have some privacy!

Location: Colosseo-Monti
Situated right beside St. Maria Maggiore's Cathedral, a few minutes walk from the Colosseum and around 7 minutes walk from Termini, the apartment is in a fantanstic location. From this area you can easily reach Via Nazionale and get to Fontana di Trevi just by walking and enjoying it!The Metro station, Vittorio, is a couple of minutes away. Once out of the building, you will find yourself right in the middle of Rome, our beautiful city filled with monuments and history! This area is full of life, with the bustling movements of people walking by, lovely shops displaying the italian fashion, theaters and churches...
The St. Maria Maggiore Cathedral is a beautiful masterpiece to visit, awesome with its majestic structure, its detailed mosaic and its lovely paintings and statues. It has a very interesting and moving story on what it is and why it is there, something to find out when you are there!

En respuesta a su email, comentarle que el apartamento referenciado fue de nuestro agrado.
A pesar de que era la primera vez que realizabamos este tipo de reservas por internet, lo que nos causaba algo de desconfianza,
fue tranquilizador al llegar al apartamento, contemplar que las fotos de vuestra pagina web, eran un fiel reflejo de la realidad.
Todo estaba limpio y bien acondicionado, la verdad es que estuvimos bastante cómodos.
La localización tambien resultó acertada, pudimos movernos a pie y además tenía una entrada de metro muy cerca.
Si tuviera que comentar algo negativo...., quizá fue la impresión que nos llevamos cuando vimos la fachada del bloque, es muy antiguo y no parecía muy cuidado, por lo que nos adelantamos a hacernos una imagen errónea del apartamento....pero una vez dentro, comprobamos que el apartamento estaba restaurado y era como se mostraba en las fotos.
Por último, decirles que quedamos satisfechos con el alojamiento y que recomendaremos vuestra página web,
igual que nos la recomendaron a nosotros.
