Located in an antique building, this apartment is spacious, with 2 full bathrooms and the commodity of being only 3 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. The entrance of the building leads into a small open area and the entrance to the apartment is a private door on the ground floor.
The apartment is a very modern one, offering a wide, spacious area on the bottom floor and decorated all over with bright colorful walls. The ground floor is where the living dining room area, the kitchen and the first bathroom are located. There are two comfortable double sofa beds which form the living room, a lovely round wooden dining table and its six chairs for the dining area, a very modern open space kitchenette, and the modern bathroom. This bathroom comes with a full shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook delicious meals. It has a standard size fridge with freezer, an electric stove with two burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave, etc.
To go up towards the master bedroom there is a lovely, modern, wooden staircase. Here is where you will find the "rooms" which have been created thanks to a wooden division, and gives each space some privacy. Both areas have large double beds and lovely curtains that can be moved to open or close , giving the area some privacy. The bathroom is the main one, and is decorated with extremely modern, mosaic styled ceramics, and furniture of design. It comes with a bathtub with a shower and a hair dryer.
An ideal apartment for 6 people, (but that can easily take 8) who like to be very close to the Colosseum! It comes with TV, air contioner, iron and ironing board, and autonomous heater. (It is not recommended for groups with really small children, since the staircase doesn't have a banister).

The area where this apartment is located is quite central and full of variety, from craftsmen's workshops to the corner grocery stores groceries. Located in an old quarter of Rome, slightly removed from the tourist-track (Via Cavour) and filled with the charm of ancient Rome, it offers an atmosphere of authenticity that pervades the quarter. An eclectic mix of people live in this area, and this mix is reflected commercially, as excellent restaurants of different cuisines abound, as do "alternative" stores. The nightlife here exists in small, hidden nooks, where you will find wine, live music, or dancing, depending on the spot.
This neighborhood is situated a stone's throw away from the Imperial Forum and the Colosseum. You can reach it easily by foot. Also, the Trevi fountain and Termini train station are both located ten minutes away from here, and if you prefer, you can take the Metro to get to Piazza Spagna. It is also well connected to the rest of the city center by bus and the A and B Metro lines.
