This lovely apartment is located in Colle Oppio, where in the Roman period, Emperor Titus had his usual Roman Bath. It is a very quiet area in a busy city, with the luxury of having a beautiful park right on your doorstep. From the apartment it is only 5 min. walk to the Colosseum. Here you'll find metro and buses that will take you anywhere you need to go.
There is also an array of beautiful and very important churches, such as San Pietro in Vincoli, that hosts one of Michelangelo"s masterpieces: the Moses. Two of the major Basilicas, Santa Maria Maggiore, that dates back to 315 A.D., and San Giovanni in Laterano, together with the Colosseum, Domus Aurea, Fori Imperiali, Arc of Costantino, Palatino hill are all major sights that are at walking distance from the apartment.
Also, the area is full of lovely roman restaurants, typical pizzerias, and bars, and a wide variety of shops of every kind.
