Description

This apartment is on the first floor of an antique building, which during the Renaissance period, was once a convent, and now has been both internally and externally restructured.

It is a bright and beautiful apartment, 85 sqm and divided in two floors, connected by a stylish staircase. It is situated in an antique ex-convent, totally renewed, and quite lovely.  This apartment has also been recently restructured and tastefully decorated by an interior designer. It comes with warm parquet floors, high white ceilings and walls, and it has the advantage of having two master bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The living room / dining room area is spacious, and well illuminated, decorated with a large gorgeous wooden table, that dates back to the 19th century, and seats 8 people, and two independent couches that sleep 1 person each. The kitchen is very modern, technological, with a washing machine, dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a gas stove with four burners and an oven. Next to the living room the master bedroom is located, with a queen size bed and a private bathroom that contains a bathtub. The second floor is an open space loft, where on one side there is a double bed with a closet, and on the other side there is a seating-area composed of two couches that can be turned into two single beds. Here is where the second bathroom is located, and it comes with a shower.

This lovely apartment is ideal for 8 people, and it comes with air conditioner and central heating, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

If the number of people is less then 8, you can contact our staff to have a special price.

EASTER NIGHT AND NEW YEAR'S ARE CHARGED DOUBLE.

Hello Maria; We had a wonderful time staying at the apartment we rented for our visit to Rome in March. Our boys really liked the fact they had an entire level to themselves. After touring all day with us, they wanted some quiet away time from us. We found the information after a friend had said they had rented an apartment and it was cheaper than a hotel. We then looked on the internet to find something we liked and was acceptable. It would have been helpful to mention that you might need to have extra toilet paper. Luckily we did not need any more than what was there, but if there had been more than 4 of us, we might have had to get some more. Also, we did not know really how to run the dishwasher and ended up washing the dishes by hand. Instructions in English by the stove and dishwasher and laundry might be helpful. You should perhaps mention that the apartment is smoke free and pet free. That would attract a few more people. We had to email to find out and got a response back quite quickly. The apartment was great and it was helpful to know where a grocery store was near by and where the metro was. We had a great time. Thanks very much, Luanne and John Rousseau 29/04/08
