Description
This is a totally renewed apartment, situated on the basement of a very typical roman "palazzetta”. It has been restructured with special insulated walls and a particular air system which allows the air to circulate in between the walls, therefore excluding any sing of dampness or humidity. Also, there is a small window in the bedroom that allows fresh air to breeze in. The apartment offers an enchanting environment which easily attracts a couple who does not want to spend too much but wants to be in good location in Rome.
While the entrance is through a glass window which allows the light to filter through, you need to go down a brief set of stairs to be able to be in the living/dining room area. Here, on one side, is located the kitchenette and in the centre, is where the dining table with its four chairs are. The kitchen has an electric stove with two burners, microwave and fridge, with a small freezer. The entire area has been decorated with great taste, offering a cosy atmosphere, specially accentuated by a lovely arch made of ancient bricks, enhanced by a heavy curtain that leads into the bedroom. Here you will find a comfortable large bed that can also be divided into two single beds if required. The bathroom is of the right size and comes with a shower and a hair dryer.
This apartment is complete with air conditioner, autonomous heating system, dehumidifier, TV and stereo.IN THIS APARTMENT CHECK IN HAS TO BE NO LATER THAN 19:00.

The area is Rione Monti, in the center of Rome between the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and the Fori Imperiali, all reachable in less than 7-10 minutes on foot.
In less then 7 minutes walking, you are at the Via Nazionale, where you can do some clothes, shoes and accessories shopping.Fontana di Trevi, the Quirinale and the famous Via del Corso are also nearby.
The area is filled with both typical and international restaurants, wine bars, pubs and all kinds of shops. In the morning you can visit a typical Italian market and pick up some fresh fruit and vegetables. It is extremely well connected by both bus and underground. The nearest station is Cavour on the Linea B. The electric bus, number 117, stops 100m from here and takes you directly to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo.

Dear Maria
We spent wonderful days in Rome with my mother. The appartement was very nice and comfortable, and it was very close to important tourist places. We could reach by walk in some minutes Colosseo, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi etc. It was very important for us, because my mother is 76 of age, and when she was tired, we just walked back to our "flat" and rest 1-2 hours, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful Rome again. The supermarket was two minutes from us, and we bought breakfast there, and had our breakfast in the nice dining room. So everything was perfect, and comfortable. We liked different furnitures from "flee market" and all kitchen hardwares! We had our dinner in the restaurant on the other side of the street (4 meters from the house's gate), the owner was Marco, and his hospitality and kindness causes, that we felt us not tourist, but a friend. So I recommended for all my friends this appartement!
