Description
This apartment is close to the Colosseum and is on the fourth floor of a typical roman building that does have a lift. It is 70 square meters, has a lived in atmosphere and is ideal for 5 people.
It has two bedrooms which are linked outside by a small balcony. One has a double bed, large and comfortable and the second bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined to make a double bed if necessary. The living room is full of light and enriched by fine furniture, with a wide variety of particular objects and on one side a wall library. There is also a single sofa bed where the fifth person can sleep. The kitchen is independent, has a gas stove and oven, and there is also a table where you can have fast meals if needed. The main dining table is in the living room. The bathroom is quite large and has a shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioner. There is a washing machine and TV.

This area is absolutely fantastic. On one side, you will be immersed between Colle Oppio's Park and the Palatino, 200mts away from the Colosseum. At walking distance you can reach the Basilica of St. John Lateran and the splendid Domus Aurea (the Golden House of Nerone). Slightly further on, you reach the Ancient Via Appia, the Circus Maximus, and the Baths of Caracalla.
On the other side, you can go towards the Colosseum, from where you can decide to either stroll along the Fori Imperiali, going towards Piazza Venezia and into via del Corso, or you can take the metro and go to Termini, from where you can walk towards Fontana di Trevi, the Spanish steps, Castel St. Angelo and.... all the other typical monuments of our ancient and mysterious Rome.
All the major sights are at hand, either by foot, or by public transportation. Many buses pass by this street, therefore it is easy to jump on one and reach your destination in a short while! Besides, you can transit with a car here, and it is quite easy to find a place to park near the apartment.
