Description
This is a striking apartment, spacious and cosy, with a lovely 25 square meters terrace. It is on the 4th floor of a typical roman building with no elevator. However it is worth the effort. The apartment is all decorated with an exquisite touch of Arabian taste. The living room is an open space area, with a large sofa, comfortable floor cushions and typical middle-eastern couch chairs. On the side, a kitchen corner has been created which is separated from the living room by a dividing wall. Here you will find a gas stove with its four burners, an electric oven and a large refrigerator, with its independent freezer. This area is nice and sunny due to the windows that allow the light to filter in delicately. On the other side of the living room, there is a door that goes into the study, all decorated with lovely, warm antique furniture. An exquisite wooden desk with its personal chair is the centre of attraction here.
Both the master bedroom and the study have the direct access to the fabulous terrace. Here you are totally surrounded by plants, flowers, etc. A set of metal table and chairs offer the opportunity to enjoy the outside air at any time, and you can totally relax in your own private "piece of paradise”. The bathroom is large, bright and comes with a bath tub. In the apartment there are two TV sets, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It also comes with washing machine, stereo, iron and ironing board, DVD player, vacuum cleaner, autonomous heating system and portable air conditioner. It is ideal for 2!

The area where this apartment is located, is marvelous. It is not on the main road, so it is silent and reserved, but just by walking a couple of minutes you find yourself in Via Cavour, very near to Santa Maria Maggiore , one of the five major cathedral in Rome. The building is situated in the Rione Monti area, just a few minutes from the Cavour underground station and at walking distance from the Termini train station. You can easily reach the Colosseum by walking down Via Cavour. Once at the Colosseum, you just have to turn left and stroll by I Fori Imperiali towards Piazza Venezia and then down in Via del Corso, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Navona, etc.
If, on the other hand, your goal is to visit Fontana di Trevi , you can decide to walk towards Via Nazionale, go down this lovely shopping area, then waltz through the Quirinale, admire this enourmous monument and then reach the famous fountain. As you can see, all the most important sights are very near, and you can reach them easily by just walking!
