This apartment in Rome is situated between the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Colosseum. It is located on the first floor of a recently restored 19th century building, on Via Labicana, that has an elevator, and faces on to the inner courtyard of the building. It is a very cosy apartment, 45 square meters wide, bright and quiet, with parquet floors, and warm colours on the walls. It has one bedroom with a double bed, the living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a lovely glass dining table with its set of chairs; a kitchen corner that has an electrive stove, a small fridge and is complete with the utensils needed to cook delicious meals; and a bathroom that comes with a bathtub and hair dryer. The apartment also has a security door, air conditioning in all the rooms, a washing machine, iron and ironing table, and TV. It is ideal for 4 people. In the same building, on the same floor and on the opposite door, there is another apartment almost the same as this one, that takes four people. Therefore this is a lovely solution for a group of friends that would like to be close to each other.

Location: Colosseo

This area is absolutely fantastic. You will be immersed between Colle Oppio's Park and the Palatino, 200mts away from the Colosseum. At walking distance you can reach the Basilica of St. John Lateran and the splendid Domus Aurea (the Golden House of Nerone). Slightly further on, you reach the Ancient Via Appia, the Circus Maximus, and the Baths of Caracalla. On the other side, you can go towards the Colosseum, from where you can decide to either stroll along the Fori Imperiali, going towards Piazza Venezia and into via del Corso, or you can take the metro and go to Termini, from where you can walk towards Fontana di Trevi, the Spanish steps, Castel St. Angelo and.... all the other typical monuments of our ancient and mysterious Rome. All the major sights are at hand, either by foot, or by public transportation. Many buses pass by this street, therefore it is easy to jump on one and reach your destination in a short while! Besides, you can transit with a car here, and it is quite easy to find a place to park near the apartment.
