This lovely apartment is located on the fourth floor of a classical 18th century Roman building, that does have an elevator. The apartment is 120 sq.m., well illuminated through out the day, due to the large windows in the rooms. It is tastefully decorated, with colourful curtains, beige-white sofas and lovely carpets.
There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with four single beds (all with orthopedic mattress!), and the third one that has a kingsize bed (180x220) and a single bed (90x220). There are two bathrooms in the apartment, the first one with a bathtub and shower and the second one has a handbasin, WC and the bidet.
The fully equipped kitchen has the gas stove with 4 burners, a microwave oven, toaster, a coffee maker, the refrigerator and a washing machine. It is an ideal apartment for a large group of friends or a big family! It sleeps in total 9 people, quite comfortably.
The night of Easter, Xmas and New Year's are charged double, and these periods require a minimum of 4 nights.

The Caelian Hill is one of the oldest and charming quarters of Rome, known for its genuine and relaxed life style, and this enchanting apartment is on Via Celimontana, 10 meters away from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. It is perfect for sightseeing tours and excursions in the archaeological areas, with two beautiful parks, Villa Celimontana and Parco del Colle Oppiom, so close by.
The apartment's central position allows you to visit the Fountain of Trevi, Coliseum, the Imperial Forum, Campo dei Fiori, the National Museum, piazza Venezia, the Pantheon and all at walking distance. Other sights such as Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna), piazza del Popolo, Vatican are just a short metro or bus ride away. You can appreciate the historic and architectural grandeur of Rome's most important churches like Santa Maria Maggiore, the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, San Pietro in Vincoli (where Moses, one of Michelangelo's masterpieces is exposed) and the Basilica San Clemente (remains of ancient Roman dwellings), which are all 5-10 minutes away on foot.
The area has both line A and B of the metro, various buses and also trams that pass by in all directions and there are lovely roman “trattorie” for all budgets, various pubs, different types of markets and plenty of shops to visit.
