A very pretty apartment, within a wonderful 18th century building, located on the ground floor, in the Rione Monte area, near the Fori Imperiali and the Colosseum. This enchanting apartment is tastefully decorated, with bright touches of colours, parque floors all through out, a wooden modern staircase offering a very warm yet modern environment.
It is divided in two floors, joined by a curved quite easy staircase, that leads from the ground floor to the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The double bed is very comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom is stylish, with red mosaic ceramic walls, its shower and it includes a hairdryer.
The living room is on the lower floor, with a large windows that allows plenty of light to filter in. Here is where the double sofa bed is located, and there is a dining table with its four chairs. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, with a fridge, ice maker and a microwave. The apartment has air conditioning, radio and TV and is extremelly silent, thanks to the double glass windows.
It is an ideal place for 4 people.
Both Easter and New Year's the night will be charged double.

This apartment is situated in Via Cavour, just a couple of minutes from I Fori Imperiali, I Fori Romani, and the Colosseo, and less then 10 minutes walk from Piazza Venezia.
The area is Rione Monti, an important part of Via Cavour. From here you can easily reach by foot Domus Aurea, the famous house of Nerone, with its park Colle Oppio, or you can go to the Villa Celimontana, where in the summer many prestigious artistic shows are presented.
All around the area you can find various typical restaurants, traditional trattorias and ethnical places. Pubs and modern clubs offer a lively and interesting night life for those who enjoy going out after 11:00 p.m.
Via Cavour connects Termini all the way down to the Colesseum. It is a commercial street, full of stores and shops that offer a great variety of clothes, shoes, etc. It is always busy with people that work near by, with turists that wonder around, and with students that love to look and admire. You can either walk or take the metro or take a bus, it all depends on what you prefer doing!
