Description
This apartment is situated in a Roman palazzetta, in front of St. Clemente Church, in the Celio area. The Celian Hill is one of the oldest area of city, charecterized by an authentic and relaxed style of life, and the apartment is idealy located for those who love to be near the Colosseum, near the Fori Imperiali, the archaeological areas of Rome. It is located on the second floor of a 19th century building that doesn't have an elevator.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people, being 30 squared meters. It is spacious and well illuminated and has an independent bathroom with a shower, and an independent and complete kitchen with both a stove and an oven, with a door that separates it from the main room. There is a small hallway that leads to the entrance door, where a foldable table is found. In the room is the double bed, large and comfortable and in front of it, is an antique styled boudoir with the TV placed on top. On the side of the room is the wardrobe, and the table is located in the hallway, which can be opened and moved when it is time to eat. There is a large window from where the church of S.Clemente can be seen.
The apartment comes equipped with security door, independent heating, and television. It is located on the second floor.
FOR THE PERIOD OF CHRISTMAS,NEW YEAR'S EVE AND EASTER, THE MINIMUM STAY MUST BE OF 5 NIGHTS. If a lesser period is desired, please contact our Staff.

The location of this apartment is ideal for those who like to live and breath the Roman air! The Colosseum & the Fori Imperiali (Imperial Forum) are 5 minutes away, and can easily be seen when walking down from the street of St. Giovanni Laterano. It is quite easy to reach Piazza Venezia, the Circus Maximus and the Baths of Caracalla for they are situated within a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. It also has the advantage that public transportation, including buses, trams and both metro lines, connect this area with the rest of the city. Also, if you prefer to eat out, and enjoy a delicious italian dinner, you have a wide choice of fantastic restaurants (even "osterie" which have been owned by generations) all near by, at walking distance.
