Description
This cute studio apartment, a small attic in a 17th century recently restructured building, is a fantastic choice for a couple! It is situated in Via Frangipane, which is a small and silent street in the ancient Rione Monti area, just a few metres away from the Colosseum.
The apartment is on the third and last floor of the building, and there is no elevator. The environment is sunny, thanks to the numerous windows that allow the light to come in and also it is totally noiseless, being on the top floor with triple window system. Interiorly it has been fully renovated, except for the lovely work of the original wooden beams in the ceiling.
We can describe this apartment as a lovely, cosy attic. Once inside, you go up a few steps. On the left hand side, there are two narrow entrances that take you one to the kitchen and the other to the bathroom. They are both small spaces, yet well equipped. The kitchen has two electric burner, a full size fridge with its independent freezer and a microwave with a internal grill. The bathroom has a shower and also a hair dryer.
The main living/bed room is spacious and sunny. There is a comfortable double sofa bed, that remains open all time, since it has a standard matress, a wooden table with its chairs a and fire place. There is also an extra room with a very small entrance so you have to watch your head, and here you have a full walking closet. Ideal for 2 people, this apartment also has a washing machine, independent heating system, air conditioning and TV and satellite TV.

This lovely attic is situated a few meters away from the Colosseum. The area is the antique Rioni Monti a very silent neighborhood, full of typical historical buildings, with small winding streets. The area is fantastic, being near the main archeological sights. It has a subways stop, line B Colosseo, near by, and plenty of buses and trams pass by. Also, it is full of restaurants which are not too expensive, plenty of pubs, shops, etc. It is an excellent place to be, having all the other important sights at walking distance. You can go all the way to Piazza Venezia by foot, and from there decide if you want to go down Via del Corso to Piazza Spagna,to Fontana di Trevi, to the Pantheon, etc...

En el vestidor,el techo estaba demasiado bajo.
No me parece correcto que la lavadora este dentro de la ducha, ya que esto puede ser peligroso.
La televisión no se veia nada bien y además tendrian que instalar televisión por satelite para que las personas que no entiendes italiano puedan tener algún canal con su idioma materno.Por todo lo demás, en cuanto a la atención de Alessandro fue fenomenal.Gracias.

He helped in with finding the appartment in your web side.I would say in one sentence that I got a fair quality for the money I paid. The appartment was clean and spacy, furnished with all the necessary items. The owner was very helpful and polite and I wouldn't ask for more as an attitude.
My only remark concerns the bedspread, which I would prefer to be cleaner, as it is also used as a blanket in this particular case and it definitely needed dry cleaning. When I am organizing my next trip to Rome I amplanning to use your services again and I gladly recommend you to my friends already. Please accept my most sincere regards and wishes to further develop successfully your business.
