Description
This apartment is situated in one of the most pleasant areas between San Giovanni in Laterano Cathedral and the Colosseum. The apartment is in a recently restored 19th century building and offers a panoramic view onto Via Labicana. It is on the first floor and the building does have an elevator.
It consists of a pleasant master bedroom with a comfortable Queen-size bed, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and the Tv, and on the side, the kitchen corner. You will find that the kitchen is complete with all the utensils needed to have a wonderful meal: a gas stove with 4 burners, a small fridge with a freezer, an oven, and there is also a washing machine. The bathroom is of a decent size, with its bidet, toilette, sink and with the typical italian bathtub!
Not only is it beautifully furnished and quite sunny, but it also includes parquet floors all over the apartment, a safety door, and there is air conditioning in all the rooms. It also has an independent heating system, that allows you to regulate the temperature during the winter. It is ideal for 4 people.
FOR THE PERIOD OF CHRISTMAS,NEW YEAR'S EVE AND EASTER, THE MINIMUM STAY MUST BE OF 5 NIGHTS. If a lesser period is desired, please contact our staff.

This area is absolutely fantastic. You will be immersed between Colle Oppio's Park and the Palatino, 200mts away from the Colosseum. At walking distance you can reach the Basilica of St. John Lateran and the splendid Domus Aurea (the Golden House of Nerone). Slightly further on, you reach the Ancient Via Appia, the Circus Maximus, and the Baths of Caracalla.
On the other side, you can go towards the Colosseum, from where you can decide to either stroll along the Fori Imperiali, going towards Piazza Venezia and into via del Corso, or you can take the metro and go to Termini, from where you can walk towards Fontana di Trevi, the Spanish steps, Castel St. Angelo and.... all the other typical monuments of our ancient and mysterious Rome.
All the major sights are at hand, either by foot, or by public transportation. Many buses pass by this street, therefore it is easy to jump on one and reach your destination in a short while! Besides, you can transit with a car here, and it is quite easy to find a place to park near the apartment.
