This apartment is located on Via Cavour on the Esquiline Hill between the old Rione Monti area and Santa Maria Maggiore. The impressive building dates back to the late 19th century. The apartment is bright and spacious (85m2) and has a nice view onto Via Cavour.
It has a large living room with stylish furniture. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds and a queen-sized Japanese foot-on. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub. This apartment is very comfortable and features amenities like a washing machine, central heating, television and a dishwasher. It is on the fourth floor, and the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is ideal for 6 people.

Monti is situated a stone's throw away from the Imperial Forum and the Colosseum. The Trevi fountain and Termini train station are both located ten minutes away by foot. Monti is also well connected to the rest of the city center by bus and the A and B Metro lines.
