On the second floor of a beautiful antique building, this residence can be reached by entering from Piazza Spagna, with its private access by lift, or by an another entrance from Vicolo del Bottino 10, which is adjacent to the underground entrance.
It is a spacious and elegant apartment, with a balcony leading off the living room, large enough to be able to place a small table with its chairs and marvelous for the view that it offers on the splendid façade of the church Trinitá dei Monti. The extremely refined living room is composed of a distinguished sofa, a large double sofa-bed and an antique bookcase. There are two bedrooms in this lovely residence. The master bedroom is large and extremely well illuminated, decorated with antique furniture and capacious wardrobes, and with a window that has also the beautiful view of The Spanish Steps. The second bedroom, stylish and elegant, has an individual bed, plus a second extractable bed and the same fantastic view. The kitchen is completely modern, all in white, with an inner table, complete with its set of chairs, where delicious meals can be eaten. The bathroom is also modern, well-designed with a bath tub, decorated with white and blue hand-painted tiles and with a large window that also offers yet another splendid view of the Trinita' dei Monti church. There is no better place to be than Piazza Spagna, specially if you enjoy the combination of the fantastic boat shaped fountain, the lovely marble stairs filled with artists, that go all the way up to Trinitá dei Monti, the wonderful view of all the piazza with its trees, the carriages pulled by horses, the people strolling along, the magnificent stores....
This apartment is situated in an antique, but totally restructured building, that is almost right beside the Spanish steps. The position is ideal! From here you can go anywhere by foot. You can stroll along Via del Corso towards Piazza Venezia or towards to Piazza del Popolo. You can go to the famous Fontana di Trevi, to the Pantheon, to Piazza Navona, to Campo di Fiori. You can go to Michelangelo's Campidoglio and marvel at the ruins of the Fori Imperiali and then walk towards the Colosseum.
In the same piazza, you can decide to take the the Metro, which is right in Piazza Spagna, and which can take you easily to the Vatican, or St. Peter's Chapel, to Ottaviano and then stroll to Cola di Rienzo, which is a fantastic street to shop!
