This is an enchanting apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an elegant villa of the 1900’s. The main gate enters into a pretty garden, and from here you have access to the independent entrance of the villa, that does have an elevator. With bright yellow colors that give life to the apartment, and stylish furniture that creates a cozy and pleasing atmosphere, this apartment is ideal for 2 people but can take 3 (if it is a child, but must be older than 8). It has been cleverly divided in two floors, creating two independent areas: the sleeping area on the top and the living area on the bottom. Upstairs the ceiling is slightly low, with a standard size double bed, a modern chest of drawers and the safe. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed that can sleep a child, a modern bathroom with a technological shower, the kitchenette that can be closed, and the set of chairs and table to be able to enjoy the meals. There is also a lovely large luminous window with a small balcony that has a view on to the garden. The kitchenette is complete, with its small electric oven, the electric stove with two burners, a small fridge, and all the utensils needed to cook. There is a hi-tech coffee machine, with “cialde” of different flavors. The flat comes with TV, satellite TV, air conditioner, Wi-Fi Internet, and autonomous heating system. There is cleaning service every other day and it is included in the price.
There is also washing/ironing service but this is not included in the price.
Easter Night and New Year's night are charged double.
The child must be 8 or more.

This enchanting apartment is located in the Parioli area, one of the most elegant residential areas outside the historic center in Rome. This is where most of the embassy and consulates are located, due to the stylish houses, tasteful and very well kept villas, and the peaceful environment. It is 500 mts. away from one of the entrances of villa Borghese, and it is around 15 mts. from Via Veneto. It is very well connected, having Piazza Euclide 300 mt. away. There are two main lines of buses: 910 that connects Termini to the apartment. Bus 52 or 53 that goes to Via Veneto, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Spagna.
