This is a spacious apartment, located on the first floor of a 15th century "building” that had once been a convent. It has no elevator, but it is situated in a picturesque and quiet area of Rome, close to Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Navona.
This flat is 90 sqm, very well illuminated and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and the second bedroom has a very comfortable double sofa bed, and two individual beds. There are two full bathrooms both with shower and hair dryer. The kitchen is independent, fully equipped, with a small size fridge, a gas stove with four burners, an electric oven and the dining table. Old wooden beams decorate the high ceilings of the entire apartment, and the “ceramica” tile floors give a warm yet elegant environment to the flat. The living room is cozy, with various sofas and couches, and the Tv is here.
The flat is quite fresh during the summer, thanks to the very thick walls that are original of the 15th century, but there is also air conditioner and independent gas heating.
It is ideal for 6 people. Also, if you are a large group, in the same building, on the second floor, there's another apartment, which can sleep 6 people, ref. No. 113.
On Chistmas Eve, New Year's Eve and Easter night, the price is doubled.

Not only is it this a brand new apartment, but the position is also amazing! It is only 4 minutes away from Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Farnese, and 400 m from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. You can easily just step out from your private environment and enter the captivating aura of Campo dei Fiori, or the alluring scenery of Piazza Navona, filled with its remarkable fountains and its charming palazzetta's that sorround it.
You can walk towards Piazza Venezia, and from here either go towards Piazza Spagna or turn to I Fori Imperiali, that lead you to the Colosseum. You can take a stroll, crossing the Tiber and go into Trastevere, the typical and characteristical area of Rome. All of Rome's most famous sights are within walking distance. You just have to make the choice of where you want to go!
Right outside the building there is a Wash & Dry, where you can take your clothes, and there is also an Internet Point Cafè. The area is full of banks and groceries shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You have everything you need close by.
