This is an enchanting loft, unique and exclusive, located in via Margutta, the famous artists' street in the centre of Rome, very close to Piazza Spagna. It has a wonderful panoramic terrace and has been created out of an old studio that belonged to Lorenzo Gigotti, a know artist in his time. The typical, late 18th-century building, where it is located, has a magnificent inner courtyard on the ground floor, with walls covered with wisteria and jasmine and palms decorating the garden, and offers an atmosphere of the artists' life in Rome up to a few decades ago.
Created out of the original artist's studio, a spacious mezzanine floor has been built where a stylish double bed, with tables and wardrobe have been placed. An elegant walnut staircase connects this floor to the spacious living room, a beautiful well illuminated area, covered with terracotta tiled floor. The sitting area has two comfortable double sofa beds, and a dining table. A functional kitchen corner is placed on one side, and there is a luxurious bathroom in majolica that has both a bathtub and a separate shower cabinet, and double wash-basins sunk in a lovely marble top.
Leading off the sitting room, is where the stupendous large terrace starts, with a fantastic view over the roof tops of Rome. The table, the overhead roller blind, the fittings and the incredible view of the city, from the Borghese Gardens to Monte Mario, offer you unforgettable moments to enjoy in total relax.

This is a fantastic position to be in. It is a peaceful paradise in the heart of Rome, two steps away from the most famous monuments and at the same time, overlooking the cupolas and bell towers of the Eternal City. Ít is very close to Piazza Spagna, and overlooks the gardens of Villa Medici. From here you can go anywhere by foot. You can stroll along Via del Corso towards Piazza Venezia or towards to Piazza del Popolo. You can go to the famous Fontana di Trevi, to the Pantheon, to Piazza Navona, to Campo di Fiori. You can go to Michelangelo's Campidoglio and marvel at the ruins of the Fori Imperiali and then walk towards the Colosseum.
You can decide to take the the Metro, which is right in Piazza Spagna, and which can take you easily to the Vatican, or St. Peter's Chapel, to Ottaviano and then stroll to Cola di Rienzo, which is a fantastic street to shop!
