Description
This is a lovely and spacious apartment, well decorated and on the first floor of a 17th century building, that has no elevator. The location is fabulous, situated on one of the most elegant streets in the very heart of Rome.
The apartment has two large bedrooms: one with a double bed standard size, and the second one with a queen size bed.
The living room is decorated with two long couches which turn into individual beds, and there is a dining area, with a long wooden table and its chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas stove with 4 burners, an oven, a large fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a hair dryer.
There is also the possibility of adding two individual beds, (if asked before hand), with orthopedic mattresses!
Ideal for 6 but ready to receive 8 people, the apartment comes with: an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, TV, washing machine, autonomous heating and air conditioner, and a baby cot (if asked before hand).
New Year's Eve and Easter night are charged double. The minimum must be of 4 nights during the New Year's Eve period.

This is a fantastic position to be in! Two steps away from the most famous monuments and at the same time, so very close to Piazza Spagna, and Trinitiá dei Monti.
Via Frattina is one of the many small but very well known streets in the heart of Rome, that ends in Piazza Spagna. From here you can easily see this wonderful city on foot, or relax in the Borghese Gardens or have a drink in the famous Caffè Greco, or stroll along the most elegant shopping streets in the world (Via Condotti, Via del Babuino, Via Sistina) full of famous names - Bulgari, Valentino, Versace, Prada and Gucci to name but a few.
From here you can go anywhere by foot. You can stroll along Via del Corso towards Piazza Venezia or towards to Piazza del Popolo. You can go to the famous Fontana di Trevi, to the Pantheon, to Piazza Navona, to Campo di Fiori. You can go to Michelangelo's Campidoglio and marvel at the ruins of the Fori Imperiali and then walk towards the Colosseum.
You can decide to take the the Metro, which is right in Piazza Spagna, and which can take you easily to the Vatican, or St. Peter's Chapel, to Ottaviano and then stroll to Cola di Rienzo, which is a fantastic street to shop!
