Description
This is a really beautiful apartment, located on the second floor of a building that doesn't have an elevator, but there are only 20 steps to be done, and they are quite easy. The building is located on Via del Corso, one of the most famous streets in Rome. This "via” connects Piazza Venezia to Piazza del Popolo and is adjacent to Piazza Spagna and from here you can very easily walk to Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona!
The flat measures a stunning 130m2 , elegant and has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and the other with two double bed of 140 cm each. Both rooms have air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, one with a 120 cm bathtub and the other one with a jacuzzi showeand internal radio. The living room is large, complete with a dining table and 8 chairs, a lovely double sofa, two sofa beds of 120cm each, and a 32" TV. The kitchen is an independent room, complete with stove, fridge, and all the utilities needed to cook. It includes washing machine,a large gas boiler for hot water, large enough for groups, and you can order a baby cot if needed. It is ideal for 8 people.
In this same building, we have three other apartments which are also for rent for brief periods: two are for 2 people and one is ideal for 6. It is an ideal solution for a group of friends that would like to be together but at the same time love to have some privacy! The apartments are Ref. No. 22 (which is for 2 people), Ref. No. 52 (which is also for 2 people) and Ref. No. 98 (which is for 6 people and on the same floor).

The location couldn't be better. Situated in the centre of Rome, near to all of the major sights:Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo. All these can be reached on foot in just 2 to 5 minutes. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Colosseum and through the Fori Imperiali. Almost everything is within walking distance, but if you prefer taking public transport, you have many options that can take you to Sain Peter's Basilica, the Ghetto or Piazza Campidoglio.
The area is very well-connected to all the main bus stations and the Line A metro also stops nearby. It is very easy to get to the apartment from the airport - all you have to do, is take the train to Termini and from there take the metro line A to the Flaminio station.
