This lovely and extremely spacious apartment is located in the very heart of Rome, right on Via Del Corso, one of the most well-known streets in Rome. This "via” connects Piazza Venezia to Piazza del Popolo and is adjacent to Piazza Spagna and from here you can very easily walk to Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona! It measures a stunning 10m2 and has a small balcony of around 2 square meters from where you can enjoy the view of strollers passing by. It is situated on the second and half floor of a historical palazzetta (a typical roman building) that has no elevator, but there are only 20 steps to be done, and they are quite easy.
In this same building, we have three other apartments which are also for rent for brief periods: two are for 2 people and one is ideal for 6. It is an ideal solution for a group of friends that would like to be together but at the same time love to have some privacy! The apartments are Ref. No. 22 (which is for 2 people), Ref. No. 52 (which is also for 2 people) and Ref. No. 151 (which is for 6 people and on the same floor).
This apartment is composed of two bedrooms, and two complete bathrooms, a real luxury in the city of Rome. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress and its set of two night tables, a large closet and a bookcase, a chest of drawers and the small balcony that faces on Via del Corso. The second bedroom has two individual beds that can be joined to make a double bed, a large closet, a night table and a window that faces on to Via del Corso. Here, an additional single bed can be added. Both bathrooms are quite spacious. The first one is well illuminated, with a pre-bathroom that has a large base where the sink is, and separated from the WC and shower area. The second one is a standard bathroom with a shower and ventilation, and also illuminated. There is a hair dryer in both bathrooms. The kitchen is a full room, well equipped with all the necessary utensils, a gas stove with 4 burners, an electric oven, a standard fridge with its freezer and the washing machine.
The living room is spacious, sunny and is divided between the dining area and the sitting area. The dining table is an extendable table that goes up to 2 meters, with 4 normal chairs and 4 foldable ones. The living area is composed of a sofa for three, which when opened, becomes a double bed and there is a small base where the TV, DVD and stereo are placed.
This apartment, decorated with extremely good taste, has a delightful mixed style between a retró and a modern touch. Some walls are have a lovely mint-green Damascus wall paper, and all the floors are parquet. It is quite silent thanks to the windows that have a double glass system, which allow the light illuminate but prevent the noise from coming in. It is ideal for a group or family of seven, with Satellite TV, air conditioner and autonomous heating system, and if needed iron and ironing board. FOR THE PERIOD OF CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S EVE AND EASTER, THE MINIMUM STAY MUST BE OF 4 NIGHTS. If a lesser period is desired, please contact our Staff. The night of Easter and New Year's is charged double.
