This wonderful apartment, with a lovely garden, has a fantastic value and ideal for 4 people. Being on the ground floor and not facing the street, it has the advantege that it is very quiet, and quite fresh during the summer while nice and warm during the winter.
The terrace, private and of 25 squared meters, is furnished with a rocking sofa seat, a table with its chairs, and a stylish sun shade so visitors can really make the most of their time outside in the sunshine & fresh air.
The apartment has been well designed & is extremely comfortable despite its size. There is a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed that faces the private garden/terrace and in the living room area there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen corner has a small fridge with its freezer, an electric stove with 2 burners, and of course all the utensils you need to cook and do some self-catering. The bathroom comes with a shower & hair dryer, and there is a small walk-in closet that can be used. The apartment is ideal for 4 people, has central heating, TV, DVD with USB, an iron and ironing board and there is a hairdryer. Also, there is a public telephone, internet point and laundry just outside the apartment.

The area is Rione Monti, in the center of Rome between the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and the Fori Imperiali, all reachable in less than 7-10 minutes on foot.
In less then 7 minutes walking, you are at the Via Nazionale, where you can do some clothes, shoes and accessories shopping. Fontana di Trevi, the Quirinale and the famous Via del Corso are also nearby.
The area is filled with both typical and international restaurants, wine bars, pubs and all kinds of shops. In the morning you can visit a typical Italian market and pick up some fresh fruit and vegetables. It is extremely well connected by both bus and underground. The nearest station is Cavour on the Linea B. The electric bus, number 117, stops 100m from here and takes you directly to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo.
