It has a great position. You can see St. Peter's Chapel from the building, and the neighborhood offers shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarket.
You can move by foot from here to the Vatican, and the Vatican's garden. A 100 meters down you have the first bus stop, No. 64 which goes through the historical center and ends in Termini, the main train station in Rome. There are lots of other buses that pass near by and there is subway, Ottaviana, that can be reached by foot.
By just crossing the river you can get to Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navona and the rest of the lovely antique city: Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Spagna, etc.
