Right at the entrance of the “palazzo”, down a long and narrow hallway, you reach a lovely green courtyard, decorated with a small fountain. A staircase leads up to the second floor and to the apartment. From here you can access a large, sunny 25sqm terrace with lots of different plants, a big parasol and a table with many chairs - perfect for a lovely lunch or dinner in the open air.
The apartment has a long living room with parquet flooring, a double sofa bed, a large table and chairs and built-in bookshelves. The kitchen is on the other side and has two windows facing the terrace. It contains everything you need to cook, including an oven, a stove, a toaster, a blender, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom is behind the kitchen, followed by a bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
The entire apartment, except for the bathroom, has parquet flooring. The walls are very thick and the apartment is wonderfully airy, because it has windows on both sides, keeping it nice and cool in the summer. The ceiling has wooden beams, which gives the ambiance a cosy touch.
