This is a lovely new apartment, located in a residencial area, private and silent. To access it there is no need to take an elevator, for it is not in a building. There is a small path that takes you towards the structure, and you must go through a small gate, that goes into a lovely terrace common to two other properties, and decorated with lots of plants.
This actual apartment has the wonderful advantage of having two independent full bathrooms and two, large, spacious rooms. Each room is identical to the other, both with comfortable double sofa beds that are easy to manage, and both with their own modern totally restructured bathroom that come with a shower box. The rooms are well illuminated, with windows that allow the sunlight to enter. During the day, the areas become a living room, and during the night they become the bedrooms. A tall narrow modern table is place near the wall with its set of tall stools where meals can be eaten. The kitchenette, situated in a ample hallway between the two bedrooms, is complete, furnished with a gas stove with two burners and a small fridge with its freezer. The apartment includes washing machine, iron and ironing board, DVD player and a TV and both rooms have air conditioner and an autonomous heater. There is also the possibility to ask for an Internet connection Wi-Fi.
It is an ideal, great place for either a small family or two couples that like to enjoy Rome, enjoy each other's company, but also have their moments of privacy.

The area where this apartment is located is totally residencial, quiet and easy to reach. It is a few hundrend meters away from Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square), in a small road, that goes upwards, but it is full of shops and there is even a supermarket.
The train station "San Pietro", is at a 100 meters away, and the bus stops of lines 34-46-46/-64-98-881-916-982 are all near by. It is a lovely area, and you can easily move either by foot, walking towards Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Via del Corso, or going towards Trastevere.
