It is a lovely apartment of 80 sqm., and divided in two levels. Situated in the Vatican area, it is only two steps away from Castel St. Angelo and St.Peter’s Cathedral.
Completely restored, and on the ground floor of a beautiful building of the 18th century, it has a wonderful 25 sqm. terrace which has been converted into a delightful garden, where quiet and peaceful moments can be enjoyed. The apartment has been tastefully decorated, with antique furniture, and warm colours. It has a spacious living room, with a large double sofa bed and a TV with a DVD. There is a small kitchenette that has an electric stove with two burners, and a microwave. The bathroom is all decorated in “Roman Travertine” a beige granite that gives an elegant atmosphere. It comes with a shower and a washing machine, and hair dryer. On the upper floor is where the bedroom is located.
The apartment comes with air conditioner, heating system, double windows (that keep out the cold and the noise), parquet flooring and a striking 7,5 m high tile ceiling. Is is vey quiet and cosy and is ideal for 4 people.

This enchanting apartment is located in a very strategic point in central Rome. It has both the Vatican and St. Peter’s Chapel 7 minutes away by foot. From here you can easily walk to Piazza del Popolo, from where the famous Via del Corso starts and ends in Piazza Venezia. You can reach Piazza Spagna in 20 minutes, Piazza Navona in 10 minutes and Campo di Fiori in 10 minutes. Also, the Colosseum is only 20 minutes away!
If you want, you can also stroll along to Trastevere, a charming characteristic area of Rome, where you can admire St. Maria in Trastevere, a beautiful chapel. And of for those who don’t like to walk, there are many buses that can be taken from here to anywhere in Rome that you would like to go. (The tram No. 8 passes here also).
