Description
This lovely apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant building. On this same building there is a small hotel, and therefore, you will find that there is a doorman at the entrance.
Once inside the apartment, you will find yourself in a large living room, complete with dining table, sofa, an elegant bookcase, and a double sofa bed. Here you will also find the TV. Further on you will find two bedrooms. They both have Queen size beds, and they come complete with their own cupboard and bookcase. On the corridor there is another wardrobe, and there is also a walk in closet. The bathroom is large, with both an independent shower and a bathtub.
The kitchen is spacious, with a gas stove with 4 burners, an oven,a fridge with individual freezer, a dishwasher and even a small table to have a fast breakfast.
The apartment also includes air conditioning, a washing machine, its own heating system, radio, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. It is ideal for 6 people but a 7th person can stay, paying an additional 35€ in total.
Internet service can be asked. The rental of the modem key is 2€ per day.
During Easter and New Year's Eve the minimum stay must be 4 nights.

Situated right beside St. Maria Maggiore's Cathedral, a few minutes walk from the Colosseum and around 7 minutes walk from Termini, the apartment is in a fantanstic location. From this area you can easily reach Via Nazionale and get to Fontana di Trevi just by walking and enjoying it!The Metro station, Vittorio, is a couple of minutes away. Once out of the building, you will find yourself right in the middle of Rome, our beautiful city filled with monuments and history! This area is full of life, with the bustling movements of people walking by, lovely shops displaying the italian fashion, theaters and churches...
The St. Maria Maggiore Cathedral is a beautiful masterpiece to visit, awesome with its majestic structure, its detailed mosaic and its lovely paintings and statues. It has a very interesting and moving story on what it is and why it is there, something to find out when you are there!

30/10/2009 18:18 Estuvimos en el apartamento R64 en enero. Es un piso muy espacioso (éramos 6 personas y en ningún momento nos sentimos "comprimidos"), muy bien comunicado y con toda clase de servicios (supermercado, Termini,autobuses...) muy cerca. A 2 min andando hay una estación de metro y a 7 está la estación de Términi donde puedes coger un autobús para ir a cualquier punto de Roma.
El propietario nos indicó muy bien como funcionaba todo lo referento al apartamento y los consejos que nos dio sobre restaurantes de la zona fueron excelentes.
Altamente recomendable.

Really liked the apartment and had a good trip. Thought it might be useful with self catering apartments to say if supermarket nearby. This apartment had an excellent supermarket within short walking distance plus a very useful taxi rank.
Toaster and kettle are quite important some many English visitors so this is very useful to know about as your site does.
