Description
The apartment is large, original in the way it has been structured. It is located on the second floor in a building that doesn't have an elevator. It comes with two separate bedrooms, one with a small double sofa bed and a loft with a double bed; the second one with a standard double sofa bed and a loft with another double bed. They both have a lovely small staircase that leads to the lofts. The living room is spacious with a sofa bed for one person and also the dark-wood antique dining table with its set of chairs. There is also walking closet. The kitchen is independent and comes with everything: a microwave, an oven, a stove with four burners, a fridge with a freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom is particular and with a bathtub. It is a cozy apartment unique in its design and offers an ideal place for a group of friends or a large family, who love to live the "real roman” life in Trastevere!
The apartment has TV, air conditioner, autonomous heater, an iron and ironing table, and a small balcony. It is ideal for 6 people, however, it can take up to 8 people, with an extra charge of 10€ per person per night. If interested, please make sure that you contact Rome Tourism.

The position of this apartment is excellent, located behind Piazza San Cosimato and Piazza Santa Maria di Trastevere, the heart of Trastevere.
It is the ideal starting point to discover Rome's history offering all the well known sights at walking distance, starting from Tiberina Island, the Pantheon, the renowned Spanish steps, the lovely Piazza Navona, the famous Trevi Fountain and the historical Colosseum. It is at 10 minutes walk from the Vatican and Saint Peter's Church. By taking the tram number 8, in 5 minutes you are in Trastevere Station, and by taking the bus H or 78, in 15 you are in Termini Station with.
Trastevere is one of the most most ancient and picturesque district of Rome, full of famous restaurants, wine and cocktail bars, disco pubs and live music, cinemas and cafés . Here you can enjoy both the roman day life as well as the authentic and fantastic night life!
