This is a lovely 40 m2 apartment, which has been stylishly furnished to create a great space for 3 people in one of the most popular districts in Rome. Located on the second floor of a lovely, traditional building, it has a small living room with a sofa-bed (130 cm wide), a well equipped kitchen with a table for meals, a bedroom with a queen-sized double bed, a small, attractive studio and a bathroom with a tub.
All the windows face the interior courtyard, which makes this apartment lovely and quiet despite being in one of the most vibrant parts of Rome, Trastevere. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a small electric oven.

Trastevere is one of the oldest areas in central Rome, with little picturesque streets and almost no traffic.
As do all parts of Rome's historical centre, this lovely area combines traditional charm with services catering to the tourim industry.
From Trastevere you can walk to Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, Imperial Forum, the Bocca della Verità, Circo Massimo and Porta Portese in less than 10 minutes.
In 15 to 20 minutes, you can reach the Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo, Quirinale, Fontana di Trevi, Colosseo, Aventino and Piramide Cestia. If you prefer public transport to walking, you have several options to choose from. The bus lines operating in this area include the lines 8, 23, 44, 280 and 630.
