This beautifully styled apartment has recently been restructured and is on the first floor of an antique "palazzetto" ( that does not have an elevator),  in the very center of Trastevere.

It is extremelly fashionable, divided in two living areas thanks to the stylish staircase that leads you to the upper floor, where the master bedroom is located. Here you will find complete wall wardrobes, and a very comfortable double bed. Both the living room, the bathroom and the kitchen are on the ground floor. The apartment manages to be highly technological, with a flat screen TV, Satellite Tv and  a good stero, yet at the same time warm and cosy, thanks to the parqué flooring that covers the apartment.  On the ground floor, a large double sofa-bed is placed at an angle with another sofa, and this area is separated from the kitchen due to an extendable wooden table and its stools. The kitchen is complete with a gas stove with 4 burners, a small fridge with its freezer, an oven, a washing machine, dishwasher and even a hand hoover! On the same floor, you will find the bathroom that has a technological shower box with a glass door and a marble sink.

The apartment also has air conditioner, an independent heating system, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. It is ideal for 4 people, who want to live an elegant, fully modern experience in the heart of Rome.
There is also the possibility of having Internet, by renting an Internet Key for 3€ per day, and leaving a deposit of 200€.

Location: Trastevere

The area is Trastevere, the famous well known, picturesque and authentic area of Rome. Trastevere is one of the oldest quarters of the city where the past remains deeply entrenched with the present. Almost all of the buildings date back to the 1500's, and the narrow, cobblestone streets give a strong sensation of the great history that this quarter has.

The prevalent atmosphere that is perceived is one of days gone by...partly because of the small, quaint shops found every where, partly because of the historic streets, and partly because of the absence of large hotels.

Trastevere also benefits from its proximity to the Janiculum Hill, a popular place to take walks. When evening comes, Trastevere awakens to an exciting nightlife. With its restaurants, bars, coffee shops and clubs, Trastevere by night offers innumerable treasures to discover. Since it is situated in the heart of the historic center of Rome, and within short walking distance to all the other zones, it is one of the favourite places to be. In fifteen minutes you can reach Saint Peter's, in ten minutes Campo de' Fiori, in fifteen minutes Piazza Navona, and in twenty minutes the Roman Forum. The quarter is also well connected to all parts of the city center by bus and by tram, and offers connections to the airport from the "Trastevere" train station.

And for those who don't want to walk, you can go to Viale Trastevere, and take Tram No. 8, which goes all the way to Largo Argentina, in less than 10 minutes (right beside Piazza Venezia).
