Description
This is a pretty apartment, 60 square meters, located on the second floor in a building with no elevator.
This flat has one master bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, and an independent fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a four burner gas stove, an electric oven, one microwave, a standard size fridge and a toaster.
The living room is large and sunny, with two double windows. Here there's one sofabed, 120cm wide, and another individual sofa bed, 80 cm wide. There's also the dining table with its set of chairs.
There is no air conditioner, but the apartment is very fresh, thanks to the very thick walls of the typical 19th century buildings. It does have an autonomous heater and there are also two ventilators.
The apartment comes with a 26" TV LCD, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, and if needed, the service of an Internet Key can be asked, paying 3€ per day.
It is ideal for 4 people, who love to be two minutes away from Fontana di Trevi!
Easter Night, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are charged double.
Location: Trevi Fountain
This apartment is located very close to Fontana di Trevi, the famous Trevi Fountain. Everybody knows the legend: throw a coin into the water and express a wish, and your wish will come true and you will return to the Eternal City of Rome.
Trevi Fountain is the most famous fountain in Rome and perhaps the world. It is the focal point of the Trevi area and to get there is so easy, just follow the crowd and you will get to the fountain.
This area is well known, with its narrow cobbled streets filled with ice cream shops, restaurants, pizza a taglio, and the constant flow of people going up and down. It has its own unique charm, giving you the sensation of being in a small village instead of a large international metropolis like Rome! By walking down the streets of this historical center, you can visit the Church of Andrea delle Fratte, or the Scuderie Papali, which hosts famous art galleries.
You are close to all the major sights too. From here you can walk to Piazza Spagna, Piazza Venezia, the Pantheon, to Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona. You can easily walk up I Fori Imperiali, or catch any bus, and get to the Colosseum, or if you like, you can cross the Tiber and go the the Vatican and St. Peter's Chapel.
In other words, it is an excellent position!
