Description
This is a very unique apartment, situated on the second floor. Not only is it divided in two floors but it also has a wonderful 50 square meter terrace, totally private and with a magnificent view of Saint Peter's dome. It has been recently restructured, with the living room, bathroom, (which comes with a shower and has a hair dryer) and the bedroom, all on the first floor. The kitchen and the terrace are on the second floor. From the entrance door, you need to do a small flight of stairs and then you reach the living area. The living room has a high ceiling, parquet floors, a sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioner and a little balcony that offers a pleasant view. From the living room you can enter into the bedroom, where an upper level (similar to a loft) has been built, so that two couples can sleep: one on the double bed below, and the other on the double bed on top. Parquet floors, a small balcony and air conditioner give the finishing touch.
The kitchen, situated on the second floor, is totally equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals. There is a small fridge, a stove, an oven, and a microwave. It is big enough to fit also a wooden table with its set of 6 chairs. The gate that takes you to the terrace is here and on the other side there is also a small balcony.
The terrace is superb. It comes fully equipped with a table for 8 people, 2 sun beds, a set of bench and a small table to have a relaxed breakfast, and everything is made out of wood. The finishing touch is a large sun umbrella and a barbecue set! And the view is awesome.
This fantastic attic can sleep 6 people who love to enjoy the outside air! It comes with a large TV, satellite TV, autonomous heating, iron and ironing board, washing machine and DVD.

The area where the apartment is located is remarkable. It is only 100 meters away from the entrance to the Vatican, and just 350 meters away form St. Angel's Castle. Also, the street where the building is located is nice and silent. You can also reach this apartment by car, and it is easy to find a place to park it.
It is extremely well connected. There is the bus No. 64 that takes you directly to Termini, the main train station in Rome, which is only 50 meters away, and St. Peter"s Station is only 250 meters away.
You can easily move from here by foot enjoying and admiring the marvels that Rome has to offer. You can cross one of the many bridges, and then reach Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori, without tiring out.
