It is the ideal solution for those who love to be in a calm and quite atmosphere, full of etnicity and colour! Located in a small street quite close to the Vatican and St. Peter's Cathedral, this apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful 20th century building that does have an elevator.
The apartment is 90 sqm wide, very silent, due to the double glass windows, spacious and with a lovely African touch! It has three large bedrooms: the "orange" room and the "lemon" room, both having a double bed, and the third bedroom, all in light blue, that has a large bed for 1 person. In this bedroom, there is the possibility of adding a small bed for a child (maximum 12 years old). All the beds have an orthopedic mattress, and each room has lamps, closets, a set of drawers, mirrors and ventilators. The environment is very fresh and ventilated, thanks to the thick walls of this building.
The kitchen is quite big and fully equipped with a gas stove with 4 burners, an oven, a standard fridge with its freezer, and it even has a dishwasher! The bathroom is of good size, and it comes with a bathtub/shower, and hair dryer. The living/dining room is also decorated with the exotic african style, with beautiful batiques on the walls. It has the dining table with its set of chairs various sofas, and the TV.
The apartment comes with an iron and ironing board, and it is ideal for 5 adults or 5 adults and 1 child.
EASTER NIGHT, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S NIGHT ARE CHARGED DOUBLE. FOR THESE PERIODS, THE APARTMENT NEEDS TO BE BOOKED A MINIMUM OF 4 NIGHTS. IF A LESSER PERIOD IS REQUIRED PLEASE CONTACT OUR STAFF.

This original apartment is situated in an excellent position! Just around the corner of the building, there is phone center, an internet point and an economic market. Also, a handy tourist guide is provided to all the guest to help them make the best of all the services, the sites and the attraction nearby located.
The area, Prati, is an exclusive area in Rome, near the Vatican, about 5 minutes walk to the museums and to St. Peter's Chapel and 7 minutes walk to the subway station Line A, Ottaviano. From here you can get to Termini or Piazza Spagna or Colosseo, and then walk to all the other famous and attractive sites of this beautiful eternal city of Rome: Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, etc. Of course, if you prefer to walk from the apartment you can easily reach Via Cola di Rienzo (a beautiful place to shop!), strong along this fantastic street, cross the bridge and go into Via Del Corso, the very heart of the ancient city.
The Prati area is famous for its fantastic shopping, from elegant boutiques and brand stores to inexpensive but very fashionable shops. It also offers a wide choice of delicious restaurants, fabulous pizzerias and many different Tavole calde. Here you also get to taste the famous "pizza a taglio", a very Roman "delicatess" that you can't possibly miss!
