This apartment is spacious, totally restructured and all decorated with new furniture. It is located in the first floor of a typical roman building that doesn't have an elevator. The street is nice and quiet and it is only a few minutes away from the Vatican Museum. The beauty of this apartment is the lovely terrace from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Rome, enjoy the fresh air and soak up some sun!
It has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second one with two single beds (that can be joined if required). There is a large living room which has two single sofa beds, a lovely plasma TV of 32”, satellite connection, a DVD and the dining table with its chairs. The kitchen is independent, complete with everything needed to be able to cook delicious meals. There is a full size fridge with freezer, a gas stove with 4 burners, an electric oven and a microwave. There is also a dining table if you prefer to eat here instead of the living room. The bathroom is new, modern and comes with both bathtub and shower. It has a hair dryer.
The flat is ideal for 6 people. It also has a stereo, a vacuum cleaner and autonomous heating system.

This apartment is located in a very strategic point! It has both the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Chapel close by and at the same time, you can reach easily all the main roads of this area, for example: Viale Giulio Cesare, Via Ottaviana, Cola di Rienzo and everything by foot! These streets are fabulous to go shopping, since they offer a vast variety of shops that have lovely articles at accessible prices. The metro station Ottaviana is only 10 minutes away, and in 7 minutes you can reach Piazza Spagna. From here you can stroll along all the major sights in Rome, including Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. And for those who like to walk, you can go down Via Cola di Rienzo, cross the Tiber river and reach Via del Corso, the heart of the antique side of Rome.
This neighborhood is incredible. It has a vast variety of delicious restaurants, pizzerias and Tavola Calde. You can also taste the famous "Pizza a Taglio”, a “delicatess” that is very Roman, and that you can"t miss.
