The living room is large, with two double sofa beds and there is another area where the dining table with its chairs is located. It also has an independent, fully equipped kitchen that comes with dish washer, gas/electric stove, an electric oven, microwave and a full size fridge and freezer. There is also a beautiful, 400 sq.m. garden which is furnished with outside tables and chairs, creating a lovely environment to enjoy the "roman” air, and have delicious meals….
The apartment is complete with TV, satellite TV, hair dryer in all the bathrooms, iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, autonomous heating system and air conditioner.

This in one of the largest apartments in the center of Rome, and it is only 1 km away from the Vatican, 1,5 km from Trastevere, and 2,5 km from Piazza Navona. It is ideal if you are coming by car, and you park it anywhere without the headache of finding out if you can enter in this area or not, and if there is a garage or not. It also has 100 m away a bus stop where 6 different bus lines pass by, and can take you anywhere in Rome. At 200 m there is a supermarket, at 50 m the shops start, at 100 m you have a restaurant. Everything you need is nearby!
