Description
This is a very modern and quite large apartment, situated on the second floor of a typical roman building with elevator, in the Prati area, which is one of the elegant zones in Rome. It is 120 sqm, has four bedrooms and has the luxury of two large bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the second one with a shower box. The master bedroom has two large single beds, 120 cm wide each and there is air conditioner here. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to make a double one if necessary. The third bedroom is the same as the second one. The fourth bedroom has a large double bed, and a single one on the other side. The kitchen is independent, long and has a gas stove with four burners, a fridge, a microwave, and a washing machine. There is an area where the dining room has been placed, a long table for 10 people, with its chairs. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, TV and satellite TV, iron and ironing board. All the rooms have a fan and there is also a hair dryer. It is ideal for 9 people.

Located in a strategic area, 100 meters away from the Metro stop Lepanto (Linea A), it has almost everything near by. From here you can easily walk to the Vatican and be there in 10 minutes; reach Piazza del Popolo and then Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) in 20 minutes; walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon in 20 minutes.
The neighbourhood is very elegant and silent. Close by, there is a also a wide choice of stores, boutiques and shops to do a wonderful shopping in Rome, besides the various delicious restaurants, pizzerias, and trattorias that you can pick from!
