Description
A very cute studio full of luxurious details. The 20m2 flat is on the third floor of an old palazzetta (without an elevator)on Via Del Corso, a very central zone, just 2 minutes walking from Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi and Piazza Spagna. This studio is ideal for 2 people. There is a lovely living room with a double bed and a closet. The small balcony faces an interior patio, providing lots of light, but removed from all street noise.
There is a small kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and installations: stove, oven, fridge. The separate bathroom is off to one side and includes a shower stall with vertical hydromassage.
This elegant studio offers the iron and iron board, hair dryer, TV and Satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, vacuum cleaner, and automatic heater/air conditioner, completely autonomous.
There is one thing that you have to watch out, though: the shower and the kitchen area have a lower ceiling, about 1,80 and if you are tall you might have trouble in bumping your head!
In this same building, we have three other apartments which are also for rent for brief periods: one more that is for 2 people, one that is ideal for 6 and the other one that is ideal for 7 people. It is an ideal solution for a group of friends that would like to be together but at the same time love to have some privacy! The apartments are Ref. No. 52 ( for 2 people), Ref. No. 151 (for 6 people) and ref. No. 98 ( for 7 people).
FOR THE PERIOD OF CHRISTMAS,NEW YEAR'S EVE AND EASTER, THE MINIMUM STAY MUST BE OF 5 NIGHTS. If a lesser period is desired, please contact one of our staff members.
Location: Via del Corso
This is one of the best location possible. Situated in the center of Rome, near all of the major sights: Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo. All of these can be reached on foot in just 2 to 5 minutes. You can also opt to walk 5 more minutes and head towards the Colosseo and pass by the Fori Imperiali. Everything is walking distance, but if you prefer public transport, you can take a bus to many other sites: The Basilica di St. Pietro, the Ghetto, Piazza Campidoglio, etc..
It is well connected to all the main bus stations and the Linea A underground is also nearby. From the airport it is very easy to get to the apartment; just take the train to Termini and from there take the underground Linea A to the Flaminio stop.
