This apartment is a beautiful choice, located on the famous Via Giulia, and it is completely restructured, with new furniture and tasteful decorations and with a fantastic terrace that offers a magnificent view of the Palazzo Spada's garden, a masterpiece.
The palazzetta doesn't have an elevator but the flat is on the first floor. The entrance goes directly into the living area. Here there is a big sofa, which opens up quite easily and two people can sleep really comfortably. On one side of the wall is a large kitchenette, modern and fully equipped with everything including microwave, a large fridge and independent freezer. The stove has two electric plates, and there is also a washing machine. In front, the dining table has been placed, out of glass and with its set of 4 metal chairs. The whole environment is cozy yet fashionable, with a large window that allows the light to filter in. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and the bathroom comes with a shower box and a hair dryer.
The terrace is two floors above the apartment and the view is wonderful! It is very large, and it has an outdoor umbrella that offers shadow to the table and chairs so that you can enjoy the outside air. Part of the view is of a beautiful garden, which is a piece of art and it is worth appreciating it.
The apartment has air conditioner, internet and is ideal for 4 people.

Via Giulia is a very famous street in Rome. It is know for the beauty of the buildings that are located along this street, and also for the numerous antique shops which are all particular, offering a wide variety of different articles from furniture to statues, from ceramics to paintings.
The apartment is on a very small street, which ends straight onto one of the large gates that belong to Palazzo Spada. This location is excellent. From here you can easily cross the Tiber and reach Trastevere, one of the most typical areas in Rome. Or you can turn around and reach Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona. You can also walk along the lovely tiny roads and reach Piazza Venezia, from where you can go to Fontana di Trevi, or i Fori Romani, or the Colosseum. Piazza Spagna and Via del Corso are also near by. You can reach all these places by foot, or if you don't like walking much, then you can catch any bus easily!
Here there are numerous small restaurants, pubs, pizzeria, stores, so you have everything nearby.
