Description
The apartment is very simple,on the fifth floor of an elegantly restructured building, that does have an elevator. It needs to be repainted, yet it is an extremelly spacious apartment, of 220 squared meters, therefore ideal for a group of 7 people that want to be very comfortable. It also has the advantage of having 2 complete bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The entire apartment is bright, sunny, with all the rooms that have large windows that allow the sunlight to come in. It has the essentials needed to have a comfortable stay in Rome. The living room and dining room area have parque floors. There are 3 bedrooms, two with masterbeds and a single bed, and the third bedroom just with a single bed. The kitchen is complete, independent, with a washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave and fridge. The apartment has a TV, an iron and an ironing board. Also, there are two hair dryers, one in each bathroom. In every room there is a large ventilator to refresh the environment during the summer.
There is also the possibility to have Internet with an Internet key, for 3€ per day, and leaving a deposit of 200€.

Via Torino is two steps away from Via Nazionale, a hight density shop street, very near Termini station, and Santa Maria Maggiore. The location of the apartment is ideal, for it is extremelly well connected to everything. You can move by foot to almost everywhere, from i Fori Imperiali and Piazza Venezia, to Fontana di Trevi, the Colosseum, etc. It is also an ideal area to be able to move and enjoy all the various shops, that offer the actual fashion in clothes, shoes, etc. For those who don't like to walk, you can easily take the Metro, having the Repubblica station very near by.
In other words, this location is one of the best ones in Rome!
